Q: What time is check-in and check out?
A: Check in begins at 3pm. Check out is at 12 noon.
Q: Do you have early check-in?
A: Yes. Early check in is available upon request and subject to availability.
Q: Is there a late checkout and what are the fees?
A: Yes late checkout is available. The charge incurred up until 4pm is $100.00. A half day rate will apply thereafter. Late checkout is based on availability and certain restrictions may apply over special events.
Q: If my plans change, what is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date at the hotel. Otherwise one night’s room and tax will be charged.
Special Events and Blackout Dates require a different cancellation policy.
Q: What is the cost of transportation to / from Miami International Airport (From other area airports)?
A: There is a set rate cab fare of $32.00 from Miami International to the beach and vice versa. From Fort Lauderdale the fare is not set but fluctuates somewhere between: $75.00 - $85.00.
Q: Do you offer complimentary parking?
A: We do not offer complimentary parking. We offer valet parking with a day rate of $25.00 and an overnight charge of $35.00 per car.
Q: What is your ADA policy and what do you offer for people with disabilities?
A: All of the public areas are ADA accessible and we do have ADA accessible rooms at the hotel. These rooms are equipped with a walk in shower, hand rail and a seat. All of these rooms have Queen sized beds.
Q: What activities do you have for children?
A: We have a large selection of board games and an area in our pool where small children can swim (accompanied by an adult). There are child friendly toys in the pool as well. Toward the rear of the property we have volleyball in the sand accompanied by our ping-pong table.
Q: Do you provide childcare services?
A: Yes. We have a long relationship with a trusted local service. Our Concierge would be delighted to accommodate any childcare service requests.
Q: Does the hotel have a gym?
A: We have 2 cabanas dedicated to keeping your fitness routine in check! The first focuses on resistance training with 2 benches and a selection of weights, while the second is dedicated to cardio with a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and a stationary bike.
Q: How many rooms and floors does the hotel have?
A: We have 105 Rooms and suites over 7 Floors. The 8th floor is home to our penthouse with a spacious living room, 3 individually appointed bedrooms, as well as nearly 2,000 square feet of an oceanfront terrace.
Q: Is there any shopping on property?
A: Yes. We have our historic Raleigh boutique which offers unique brands from local to international up and coming designers as well as the seasons most current hip resort wear and accessories. While our coffee bar offers sundry items such as sunscreen, magazines and the daily papers.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes we do. There is a non-refundable deposit at check in of $100.00 which covers any duration of stay.
Q: Do you provide luggage service?
A: Yes. We have bellman on property 24 hours a day providing luggage transport and storage.
